My wife left my home seven months back . On asking mutual divorce, she is not responding. My mother is aged and she cannot even move at her own . One of our relative's daughter, who is divorcy and ready to marry me . since I m not getting divorce from my wife .. can I and that girl go for live-in relationship ? ... (2) since my wife is not living with me and also not giving me divorce, after what time our marriage can consider as natural divorce ?

1. Yes you can have live-in arrangement.
2. At least one year separation is must for divorce.
3. There is no concept as "natural divorce" in any marriage laws.
4. Either of you or both of you shall have to apply for divorce.
5. By the way which religion i.e., Hindu, Muslim, christian, etc.have you been professing?
6. For further advise, consultancy and/or proceeding you must engage a local lawyer for your own interest and benefit.

Before taking divorce getting into live in relationship would not be a better idea.
Rather convince your wife for mutual divorce.

if you have in relationship your wife will file case of adultery against you . obtain divorce first

Dear Querist
yes, you can live with her as live-in, but your divorce can not completed without the court decree.
if she is not ready for Mutual consent divorce then don't waste your time and file a divorce case against her before family court where the marriage was solemnized or where both of you were residing lastly.

There is no question of natural divorce if not granted by the court of law. Live-in relation without marriage may not amount to remarriage or second marriage.

experts have advised well, live in relationship cannot be construed as marriage neither living separately for any number of years also will not confer the divorce decree, better to go for mutual consent divorce or file a contest divorce and solve the issue.

Do you want to jump from the frying pan to fire? Don't think about live-in relation get your divorce first from the court.
