@Shyam, 1. Sessions court has no jurisdiction to pass any order under the provisions of section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. Probably the order might have been passed by Principal/Additional Principal Judge Family Courts, xxxxxx District. 2. The impugned order can be assailed, on the grounds to be analyzed by your advocate, which cannot be presumed without going through the order/judgment and pleadings.
