Pvt ltd company incorporation

Sir
I want to incorporate private limited company. I want use my home as my office address What are the documents needed for residence proof during company incorporation.?

Documents to prove ur ownership of the premises such as sale deed/ or share certificate if it is flat in a Coop Hsg society and utility bills such as electricity or telephone bill latest ones should be produced.

1) Consent letter stating that you have no objection to use the premises as the registered office of the company.

2) Building tax receipt in your name to prove the ownership.

3) Utility bill like electricity bill/ telephone bill/mobile bill ,not older than two months ,containing your name and address matching with the documents as in 1 and 2 above.

Ownership of my home is in name of my father.
Even all utility Bills are by his name.
So what to do ?

Get the NOC issued by ur father for giving his premises for the Regd office of ur proposed company. All relevant docs of proof of his ownership may be furnished.
