as a lawyer we should know the plight of dwelling condition of each Indian citizen. the answer to above query would show concretely how lavishly a Minister lives in comparison to the space available to a single individual so far as accomodation is concerned.

To prove this we need not even bother about facts. Go to Leuten's Delhi or any state capital and see for yourself the mammoth size of properties our ministers and bureaucrats occupy.
Still you can apply under RTI with union urban development ministry and respecive ministry in each state. It will be a very interesting study and let everybody be benefited and enlightened.
