Form i application for gratuity

Dear team,
Earlier sent form I to employer through speedpost(not through registered post) and the timeframe to send form N to Ass labor commissioner of 3 months is passed.
Planning to send form I to Managing Director of the employer through registered post. Please confirm I could go ahead considering the earlier one was not sent through registered post or the timeframe to apply for gratuity is passed.

Speed post and Redg. post are equally good and fetch equal reliance.
You can obtain POD from PO (free) and certified copy of run sheet of Postman against a fee of Rs.10/-.
YOu can demand notice of determination of Gratuity and payment of Gratuity.
Form N is to be sent by ALC (controlling authority of Gratuity).

Since time is passed of 3 months with in which I need to send for n to ALC.
Can I send a fresh form I to start a new process, pl confirm

You can send copy of FormI and POD to MD and demand to supply notice of determination of Gratuity and payment of Gratuity.
You may Approach the ALC with copy of FormI, communications to company, and receipt,POD of speed post.
