In one case of DVA-2005 wife got order under section 19 against his husband.and not satisfied with judgment apealed to session judge also and she lost residence order in her apeal again lodge private pariwad against his relatives demanding section-19 of DVA-2005 for residence order on their relative,s property and trial coart taken place the trial? please advice me

When she got the residence order u/s 19(c) of dv act,why did she appeal again in the sessions court?
She does not have any right over the property of his relatives,how did the trail court allow the petition?

She got rs 2000/-as rent for residence from husband not satisfied with trials order she appeal in sessions for relatives house session judge reject ple now she gone through fresh trail with private pariwad with adding all relative demanding residence protection right against brother in law sister in law and mother in law now I want how many times she can suit in dva 2005 section 12 ,18,19 she lived in her mothers house since 2008

She has make a fresh case Old case pending in hc she included three more relatives and make fresh case in new cort for same order in section 12,18,19 in which she got rent from husbandin old one pending before hc mp

file an application before court where the new case is pending and pray for dismissal of this complaint because domestic violence case is already pending before HC.
or file a quashing petition before the court against this trial.
