One employee had resigned and gave wrong reasons and company thought he has vaid reasone and releived him. Later we have realised that the employee was bluffing, can we take any action against him.

1. As a Manager Accounts of a company you can take any action if you are empowered to take that action by the board…….. 2. What is bluffed by the employee? 3. What action you are contemplating? 4. No reason/explanation may be required at all to tender resignation/separate by resignation. 5. NO explanation may be deemed as ‘Called For’ for accepting resignation? 6. If any explanation is required in a peculiar situation then better you elaborate that situation for a suitable response. 7. Once relieved on what grounds you aim to punish the employee?
A suitable response may be possible if you elaborate in detail.

Please come out with reasons given by the employee as also tell how far that employee was important to the Company.

Vague query. Do you have any specific reason for not accepting the resignation of the employee or if there was any clause in terms of his appointment that he cannot submit his resignation with or without any reason?

The employee has submitted resignation and the same has been accepted, forget the matter.

ok thank you very much. I understand once employee left he is not willing to work, but Top Management wanted him as he was a good Sales personnel, and now management think they did a mistake by believing him and accepting his resignation.
