Hi, We had a small party at my house last week. We had got 200ml packaged drinking water cups for it. The water was smelly and next day many guests complained of food poisoning. I would like to file a case against the local packaged drinking water company. Mumbai. Lawyers please contact us.

If you are interested to pursue the matter, better get in touch with a Lawyer in your area and proceed instead of calling lawyers to call / contact you.
The fact that it was more than a one week old matter itself shows that you are not serious.
I am also sure that you would not even be having any sample of the packed water with you, to prove your case.

There was wedding going on that's the reason I got delayed. Of course I have a sample. But will the sample be enough ?

It would be important, consult lawyer locally.

Have you the sample in original packaged form?

The sample would have printed terms of expiry date, if you further delay beyond the expiry date, you dont have a case at all. Further do not entice lawyers this way by making such calls, it is unethical and undesirable.
