I am working in Esic I was resigned in September 2014 yet not received my releaving order,is there any chance to take back my resignation and rejoin into organisation..

If you are still in notice period and if your resignation has not been accepted you may succeed.
However it shall be appropriate to show the appointment letter,service rules,service conditions to an able Labor Law Consultant/Service Matters Lawyer/Law firm ASAP and proceed further under expert advise of your counsel.
