i had shared my unfortunate married life details earlier. i read a lot of people helping out husbands as victims of 498aictims. what about our indian society where many of these cases are not false but true and wife's are the victims. whether they chose to fight case or not. their life including their children are shattered by dowry demands. i want to fight my genuine case myself. experts who feel that a women should also learn to fight for torture dealted out to them just bec they r considerd the weaker sex, please help me if u can with judgements where a wife was able to prove truth in 498a?
or at least tell us how to search for it, what and how are evidences to be presented. i tried lot of sites but couldnt make any sense on indiankanoon, etc websites.
please help i am in dire need??

So far I can remember I ADVICED YOU EARLIER. Does it not helpful to you? Instead of soliciting case laws you emphasize upon the ingredients required for application of Sec. 498-A IPC and DV Act.

sir i am not asking u for ingredients i am asking for help in learnining how to search for parralel judgements in favor of true 498a cases. sir we trried all family mediatins but after failing and mu husband on being adamant to ask more money and rely only on dowry for his upkeep , help me if u can.
i had seen many people upright in helping husbands with judgements. what about wife who are genuine sufferers. who have no way out of misery whther they win or loose a case. there whole life has been destroyed by greedy in laws/

There are a good number of judgements on the issue so it is not possible to refer those to you.
Secondly, this platform does not supply case references to querists.
Thirdly, studying judgements and its application to specific issues relating to a provision of law need a special training and knowledge. Do you have such training and knowledge?
