my great grandfather's father gave his property to his son.Then my great grand father has 4sons and 2daughters.They didn't seperated their property but told to each other that this my place that is your's and no contraversy between them.Now out of 4sons bigger is my grand father and he has 2s and 2d of that my mother is 3rd child and big sister.She has a gov job will she right on her grand father property that is my great grand father.one thing is that my grand father wrote al his property to his 1st child with any permission from my mother.He wrote his fathers property not earned by hir own please tell me about this

Your mother has equal right along with her other siblings in the property. Since it is ancestral property, your grand father cannot alienate the property to his choice. Serve a legal notice for partition of property, if no positive result, file a suit for partition. Take the assistance of local advocate with all relevant papers.

your mother has right on the property of her father after him if he dies intestate. All the documents need to be referred whether referred property fulfills the criteria of ancestral property or not.

my grand father wrote all property to his son and that property is ancestral property he didnt earned it.if he write a will and after he dies .after that will my mother have right even though if he dont mention any thing about it.

You are saying that the property is "Ancestral". On what basis and understanding that you say so?

as my grandfather registered property to his son.which stated it "pitrarjitham" which means his fathers property and to his own property it was like "swarjitham" the words stated in quotes is telugu language

This property is not coming within the ancestral nature of property hence she may not be eligible to claim any share in it.
