Need divorce

Hi
I Got Married last year and after few days of my marriage I feel that the girl has some issue, she really don't want to live with my family and want to live separate.
After few days I left her at my home and back to Job in Delhi but every day she push me to bring here in Delhi, she started doing miss behaviour with family members and she blame my father and brothers that they have try to rape her..although its not true because my mother and my elder brother wife every one is available at Family and father is suger Patient from 15-20 yrs.. She also o eat over dose of medicine at least 4-5 times and other socio activities.
So we have decided to send her to her father home.
After that she don't want to came at my home and not ready to live or connected to my family.
her family has did many times hot talks to my father and told that we will trap all your family in fake case if i will not bring her with me here and also I have to discontinue my relation with my family. from Aug 2014 we have never talked too each other and we have no relation by any medium.
I did case on them under Hindu marriage act 09 but they never came to court on any dates and now they have called me on my mobile that they will do fake FIR against me and my Family if i will not accept their proposal.
Me and my family tried all possible ways to solve this issue by mutual understanding but we are fail in all.
Now I have no more reason to continue this relationship, so I want divorce from her but she is not ready to sign any paper ..Please advise that how can I save my self and my family..also how Can I get Divorce from this psycho family.

You yourself can file a divorce case against your wife on the ground of mental torture and threat i.e., intimidation for filing false cases against you and in your family members to omit you to exercise your legal duty to file a divorce case against her . But you shall have to wait for an year for filing Divorce petition.
