Cancellation of registered relinquishment deef

Respected sir,
Last year my dad passed away after that with in 6 months my only brother register registered relinquishment deed by maKing us ( me and my 2 sisters ) emotional but after that we realised that he had fraud with us so want to know whether we can challenge the deed or not and what are the chances are there to get our property back as it's 3 vs 1 pls help by guiding us

did all of you i.e. you and your sisters execute the relinquishment deed? is it registered? furnish full details.

Yes sir it is registered but it was an emotional blackmail he was saying u sisters don't trust me than why should I live I will like to die n all so we got emotional and sign the deed but one of my friend told me that daughter get atleast 20% property he had give us 3 flats but with out parking means no one are going to buy those flats with out parking now we 3 feels like we got cheated by our own brother can we cancel the deed if we 3 goes to court
