Q) is it compulsory to attend women cell if wife files false complaint.can husband refuse to attend if wife already file similar complaint in police station in same city and investigation is over and nothing is found true of the complaint.last query can women cell regisyer f.i.r in case husband refuse to attend women cell

If a complaint registered against you then you must attend as and when you are asked so by the woman cell , you can submit your proof of innocence there or the report of police investigation in favour of you, woman cell has no power to register the fir, woman cell after completion of councelling send the file with their remarks to the relevant police station for filing fir or to close the case on false complaint or on compromise between the parties .

Q) in context to above query i want to ask that munshi of women cell is calling me to visit women cell. initialy he told me that he would return the complaint to ssp with report that matter is under investigation in other police station in same city.i asked him to send me summons/notice. but after 1 month he has not send me any notice. but call me telephonically after every 2-3 days. what shd i do? i belongs to jammu and my wife belongs to punjab

Once you received a notice from women cell, you must attend the cell and clarify your position especially narrate the details of her previous complaint with the police and its disposal. The women cell will also take that into consideration and will arrange to close the present complaint pending before them on the same grounds if it has been found to be a false one but lodge with an intention to avenge you.
