Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 12 July 2015
For job as SI on the basis of BSc - please apply for the examination.

For compassionate job due to death of father ------- you appear to be late . death has taken place two years back and application is not given without reasonable delay. Even if delay is condoned and even if you prove to be the most deserving candidate to get 5% of the vacancies you cannot get post above constable (or a civilian post even lower) in compassionate scheme.

Consult the respective department for compensate appointment and existing rules in the matter.

Some one tell me dat i have 5yr time to get job as s.i

"Some one tell me dat i have 5yr time to get job as s.i "

then do not apply for five years.

SI job cannot be got in compassion, it is (though Gp-C) a very senior post.

You already stand advised.

Well advised by experts, I agree and nothing more to add.
You are ineligible for compassionate appointment as Sub-Inspector in UP Police.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 16 July 2015
You are still eligible for a job on compassionate grounds based on the application you move explaining he reasons for delay in tendering the application. Better avail this opportunity, complete your educational qualification with the permission of your employer and get qualified for the higher post subseuently and try to achieve that.
