Motor vechicle accident case

Dear Sir,
I am an NRI, working abroad, on my visit to india, my car met with an accident,section charged was 304a, were a Bike came on wrong side and hit me. And one of the person traveling in Bike had died in hospital. and now case is charged, and am on bail, I like to know can I go abroad again to work, as its only my source of income.

if court allows you can leave India.

Move an application in the court stating all the facts why your job is necessary for you in abroad, you are ready to give surety for it, you will cooperate in the court proceedings,your lawyer will present on behalf of you etc, let the court decide with his discretionary powers whether to permit you or not .

Generally courts do permit subject to your presence at the time when it is necessary for the case however certain conditions are definitely imposed.
