removal of airtel dish from the terrace

my society had given permission to put the airtel dish tv but after 3 months now they are asking to remove the same & also said that if you want you can put only tata sky. they have sent the notice to remove airtel.i have already spent about 8000 rs they are not refunding any money for removal.please suggest what should i do?

you can take legal step for it , legaly they have no right to do so !

Terrace is a common space for all. When others can keep the dish of their own choice, then, why not you. But if the alleged dish installation is for commercial purpose, then the terms of the agreement entered into by you with the society will prevail. If any of the previleges granted to you under the agreement are voilated , you can take legal action.

Let them step first. I think they can do nothing. It is totally illegal. You should inform the Air Tel authorities, they should take step against the society because their business is being affected. If their is any such agreement it is also illegal.

thanks a lot for the valuable messages. dear raj kumar & Kiran for your info the airtel dish is for my personal use not for commercial use...the society's chairman & secretary has been harrasing us & other members too for various issues now & then. they are saying the airtel dish antenna on the terrace & the wire whcih is coming to the window is damaging the scenic beauty of the building..

these guys who obtains office bearers positions feels that they have turned land lords & would do whatever they feel like...its just the miss use of power pls put yours valuabale feedback
