Trespasser file one 2ND false suit "declaration" for detail see supporting documents, ONE FALSE SUIT WITHDRAWN BY TRESPASSER AS DISMISSED, NO PERMISSION BY COURT NEW SUIT ON SAME GROUNDS.

new suit on same ground is maintainable if the suit is filed within three years of earlier cause of action
