My wife is working in Private firm and firstly she admits that she is working and later ignores saying she is not working and she has filed a false dowry harassment complaint against me and my parents and the concerned Jurisdiction Police Station has summoned us and we all were present in the concerned police station and a concerned Police officer has taken under taking letter from me stating that not to harass my wife in her work/Job place/ i.e. her working company premises and we have filed a suit for conjungal rights. where in she has filed a detailed objection and also filed a application to claim interim maintenance of 25 thousand per month, in the said case She falsely states she has resigned the job.

call for the police records from the court if possible get the information from the company regarding her working. in both cases you will be able to prove her employment and court may not order to pay maintenance there are judgements wherein it is held that working women not entitled for maintenance depending on thier salary. educated women are also denied maintenance.
you cannot object your wife for working economic independence is her right.
