I am worked in MNC (insurance co)
From last more than three year.imTwo month ago i am sufferring frim joandis
Itherefore i am not reporting to branch. Already i sm told my reporting manager.
But they absconding me and thab terminate.
HR told me that i can not get releving or any letter from co than how can i join other co.
Hiw can i prove that i have already leave co.
1 can i get releving letter?
2can i got my full and final and PF ?

You may draft your query properly.
How did you tell your reporting manager;verbally,phone calls,SMS,Whatsapp,email,letter etc.
You should have submitted written intimation of sickness.
You should contest the termination order by claiming that you have kept your reporting manager informed and doctors' Rx,medical certificate,lab reports etc are attached......................and ask to pass the leave , withdraw allegation of absconder, and termination order.

From the draft of your posts it is felt that you have been unable to handle the matter and company has acted against you.
The termination will continue to haunt you in future also.
You can seek support from many of the employee's/insurance employee's/trade unions also.
You may consult an able Labor Law Consultant/Service Matters Lawyer/Law Firm in person, alongwith elders of your family....................and let your lawyer draft your representations and fetch you relief.

You should have followed the due procedure in submitting the MC; it should have been submitted by Registered Post or Speed Post.

You have intimated your reporting manager and you have a witness in your relatives that deposited the MC while you were sick.
In case of sickness MC can always be submitted after declared fit to join.
Termination during sickness is bad order.
It is guessed that you were a UM/SM that have been (like DO of LIC) been covered as 'Workman' as in ID Act and and 'Employee' as in Shops and Estab Act.
Standing Orders apply to such companies, and Model Standing orders and leave rules as in hops and Estab Act are clear on sick leave.
Even if you are not covered: In case of sickness MC can always be submitted after declared fit to join.
You seem to have a good case and remedy.
The only thing is that you are unable to handle the matter on your own and draft properly.
You may alongwith elders of your family and your union leaders, consult an able Labor Law Consultant/Service Matters Lawyer/Law Firm in person, ....................and let your lawyer draft your representations and fetch you relief.

Admittedly it is an illegal termination without observing the principles of natural justice.
You demand for compensation and reinstatement first. later you can opt for alternative employment, if deem fit.
You have a provision in ID act to write to Labor commissioner

Did you get any termination letter? If so, what is the charge against you?
Even otherwise, if your sick/medical leave is converted into unauthorised leave you could have asked for "leave without pay".
Contact trade union/association leader or local lawyer practicing in labour laws for further proceeding.
