If you are not getting your share, file a partition suit.

Acquire a certified copy of mutation record/title of the property from concerned authority.

Confirm if property was self acquired and if Grandfather has left any WILL and /or executed any Gift/sale deed etc.

If Grandfather has not left any WILL and has not given away the property by any legally valid deed then the first wife and all children should have a share and approach for either amicable family settlement (registered) or partition deed/suit.

You may better show all documents on record to an able lawyer dealing in family/property/revenue/civil matters.

The lawyer that has examined all docs on record can advise you the best.

Was your Grandfather a Hindu?
When was your grandfather expired?
Who acquired the property and how it came with your grandfather?
Whether your grandfather married again during the currency of marriage / living first wife without divorce?
Whether your Grandfather left any will?
