Thanks for addressing my queries. Help me to know can we get AB without FIR. I have recorded threaten calls of my wife's advocate.

No AB would be Issued with Out a Complaint Atleast.A Police Complaint could be made for Threats,Take the Guidance of Local Good Advocate.

An application for Anticipatory bail can be filed even before lodging FIR, if sufficient and reasonable apprehension of false implication exist.

Here the querist who has already posted 4 queries previously has given talaq to his wife.But even though talaq is given by him,he is apprehending his wife to file 498 A against him which is a possibility.The possible cause of action by his wife I have already explained him in his previous post.
