hi sir i am registered in faridabad haryana i gave order for machine in gujrat the delivery will be placed at rewari in haryana is it e-1 sale or not

It is not E-1 sale, but straight Form-C Sale.

E-I will come, only when you sell the goods by endorsement of documents of title to another purchaser, while the goods are still in movement. In that case, the your buyer will give Form-C to you, and you will obtain form E-1 from your seller.
