my wife cheating me by making account with other name and chating with boys she conceal the facebook account before marriage which was with her name but when she left in july 2014 she created new facebook account with other name. can i file case against her if yes under which
section case is possible i have her facebook data with other name she is using. kindly suggest me.

There's an unending siege of fake name trends on Facebook. It has been cool at various times to insert an adjective for a middle name, abbreviate your initials, or remove vowels. In 2008, a journalist found more than 500 "Mike Hunts" and "Ben Dovers" each.
But as the general population gets more comfortable with the internet, subversive users are turning to subtler tricks that are nearly impossible for Facebook to detect: using a middle name as a surname, borrowing a fictional character’s last name, inventing a real-sounding name, and other distortions that violate Facebook's strict real-names policy.
"The name you use should be your real name," Facebook says. "Pretending to be anything or anyone is not allowed." Unsurprisingly, many Facebook users continue to ignore these rules. Catching them is a growing headache for the social network as it attempts to build a business, but the crackdown on real names reflects a greater tension: the battle for control between a virtual government and its 950 million citizens.

Any suggestion depends upon what sort of evidence you are in possession about her fake account, cheating you or having chatted with other boys with any sign of adultory, whereas you have not made any mention about any such evidence.

my wife using facebook and whatsapp before marriage but lateron after marriage she told me she had account she posted marriage pics but when i see her friend list there only boys few girls in her friend list , even she saved the name of some boys with girl name in her contact list. i cought her facebook chat and her recording with one boys ..she broke the simcard but facebook account paaword given to me .i called her father but he done some drama and gone. i told her mother what is happening she came to my house ,quarreling and take her with them ..after they that she filed maintenance case just after 5 day and she came to my house to take her certificates and move a false complaint . afterthat she gone to her home where she filed false dowry complaint .she was pregnant and getting sympathy from women cell. she stay with me just 4 month . i filed rcr but she told.the court she want to live with me uncondtionally she dont take her 125 case back . i filed for divorce where she got high maintenance . case was dismiss in default she was not ready to live with me in rent house . i told the judge i am already living in rent house . but judge not take her statement . she told she neither want to live nor divorce . she filed revision of 125 which code of criminal revision which go to same judge where judge enhanced her interim.maintenance . from.2500 to 10000 ..now she filed.execution of pendent lite of 3 month.
also she move false dowry compalint whice allege that i have demanded the car .
