When he was a mischief monger by nature, with what specific reason he was elected by the members?
However, the members may requisition special agm to remove him by resolution of majority vote. Managing Committee don't have any right to remove a duly elected office bearer by the AGM. Other things are secondary. The prescribed dues can be recovered legally, may he be an ordinary member or an office bearer.
