My father made a will in my brother's name. It is a registered will, is it required to be probated after my father's death?

Probation of WILL is not necessary at all locations.

Registered WILL fetches more reliance and may not be set aside.

You can challenge the WILL on valid grounds.

If your reasons are unfounded and not proved court may not cancel the WILL.

Registered WILL fetches more reliance and may not be set aside.
