limitation in arbitration

Plz tell me

1.what is the limitation for arbitration in a contract .

2.From when it should be calculated. from date of cause of action arose or from date on which court ordered to go for arbitration.

Dear friend,
Firstly I opine that there is no limitation for arbitration in a contract.
Secondly, According to contract agreement it will be provided that who can be an arbitrator for resolving the dispute between both parties.If there is not mentioned the clause in the contract agreement then you can intervene the proper court for remedy of the disputed matter under The Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996.
