gift deed clarification

Hi i stay in bangalore with my mother and there is a house in my native on my mothers name is it possible to do a gift deed in bangalore for that house as she is sick and we cant go to native

Contact the registration office. In many states like WB if the property situates in the same state then it is permitted.

Author, if you can't go to your native, then your mother may give POA to a reliable person/ better to a relative to do gift deed at the place where the property is situated. Or the gift deed is executed and signed by your mother in Banglore, with an authorization ( to be done at Banglore, before the registrar)to your friend to present the gift deed before the registrar at your native place.
