(Querist) 17 November 2015 This query is : Resolved
I understand that Directors of a company are the authorities to sign documents.

But in case Junior level employees sign document if there happens to pay any compensation to outsider, can they claim it from company.

Kindly advise.

Amit

Query not clear. Articles of Association contain provisions regarding the execution of documents on behalf of the company. In addition officers of the company who are given POA also can sign documents on behalf of the company.

In continuation of my above reply I would like add that documents so signed by the authorized officials of the company will be binding on the Company and the third parties can claim compensation or damages for breach of such agreement/contract by the Company.
