Flat issue

SIR,i have bought a flat in kolkata area with sanctioned loan from bank and registration certificate too..though i dont have mutation in corporation but some other owners do have..now another owner of land adjacent to our flat is claiming that some of our land is his part..now what can i do?is the other owner will be able to record our property in his name?if you kindly suggest something on this manner..other owner is claiming that it has erroneously been allocated and recorded by our previous owner though our previous owner has mutation on this land as i said..

What is meant by 'garia area'? What are the grounds in which the adjacent owner is making claim.

garia is an area in kolkata..it is located in kolkata sir..other owner is claiming that it i erroneously been allocated and recorded by our previous owner though our previous owner has mutation on this land as i said..
