General power of attorney

Dear Professionals,

There are o7 persons having share in property.04 of them wants to assign there rights regarding property documentation to 01 amongst those seven.

Question:- can single power of Attorney be executed, wherein there will be 04 donor giving there right to one donee.

04 can appoint 01 as their Attorney by executing a single Power of Attorney.

It is better to give separate POA.

Yes,in a single POA there can be multiple principals.
So 4 can do as desired by you.
