Substitution of plaintiff name

DPL suit is filed in court,during the pendency of suit the plaintiff sold the suit property.so can I make application to change and substitute name of the purchaser in place of the plaintiff

Do you want to put the name of the new purchaser as plaintiff?? For what?? You should rather go for challenging the transaction of sale happened.

Whether any stay was granted against the sale of the land?
