How to get Status Quo or Restraining Orders

I am a 59 years old married woman who has been living in my marital home for 35 years in Delhi. Raised 2 children (now well settled abroad) & looked after a joint family of husband and his parents. Now he and his mother want to throw me out by any means. We have been living on separate floors all our life. His mother mentioned about selling the house too just to dislodge me.
Pls suggest how can I stop them from doing so. No harsh measures please as I still consider them my family but they don't.

Absolutely unfortunate.
Get an injunction order from the court restraining them from selling the property.
Also it is the duty of your husband to provide you maintenance, shelter etc.
You can claim all that you need through court.
