How do we serve notice to a company which has closed its operations and all offices including the registered office without paying the dues.
What options do we have in such scenario?

You should file a case in a court of law by consulting a local senior lawyer. The court will summon the persons responsible/company.

If you check with the Ministry of Corporate affairs with company number, you will get all the details of directors, registered office etc etc...

dear learned colleague mr Yogen Kakade
We can give notice for creditors winding up under companies Act 2015.
The company cannot afford to cheat small investors and SEBI conditions are very clear about small investors interests.
Court process as we know is long process and length and thus we should opt for sending notice for creditors winding up notice.
