Mr. Atul is a practicing lawyer. He is also a director of a co-operative society.
Now the query is whether he can accept the brief of the society of which he is a active director?

Dear eminents thanks for your kind cognizance.
One person is Advocate and practicing in Courts.
He is also a director in a Co-opperative Society.
He has accepted the matter as an Advocate to conduct in the court. He has filed Vakalatnama of the Society of which he is a acting director.
Now my question is
whether he can accept the matter and filed Vakalatnama on behalf of the society of which he is a active director, as a legal professional.
I am concerned with the matter as a legal practitioner.

Yes, he can. There could be conflict of interest if he accepts brief against the Sociwty.

I agree, yes he can. Fight the case on law points and not only personal vendetta.
