What is the opinon and advise of your lawyer, handling the case on your behalf?
Why do you intend to seek "some other" opinion/advise on this platform when you have already engaged a lawyer? Have you lost faith in him?
Desspite it is a civil case, falsification of information is a fraud committed by the witness (as stated by you); for which the remedy lies in Criminal jurisprudence, however, you can also file a suit for damages and seek compensation (civil tort).

i am contesting party in person at Out of state and now last chance for my/defendant evidence while Cross statement change by PW1 and even yet various fake information given by PW1 moreover various question answer as not remember
