Hi,
I want to know about property separation.
1. Regarding my dad's property.
He is no more.still properties are in my dad's name only.but all were earned by my grandpa.from his name it tranferred to my dad's name.I belongs to family of me ,brother and mom now.once me and bro got married in future.Please let me know,how much % me , my bro have rights?
2.Regarding My Mom's property.
As I told you already my dad was no more.
All those were transfered from my mom's dad to her.Now she planing to give all to my own brother.
Did me and bro have rights to oppose that?

1. You can get the heir-ship certificate from the tehsil office, and get the property transferred in the name of all legal heirs.
The property from the father of your mother is now in the name of your mother, she can give it to any one.
