I want to start a new finance company which deals in Microfinance & Business Funding with all legal formality, without registarton with NBFC.

I have talk with Some Professional.
they told me to Regd. company in 1956 Act.
But i am not comfortable for his suggestion because company 1956 in not legal option and legal rights with profitable company.

Without registration as NBFC or micro-finance under RBI you can NOT do the job .
