Annulment of marriage

Hi, I have been married on Dec 1, 2014. In all this time I have never consumed my marriage I have asked my husband if he has some problem he said he is perfectly normal. Now I want to separate.. What can be done. Pls help

Mere non consummation is not a ground a ground for annulment, but non consummation on the ground of impotency can be a ground for annulment ....

u can file Divorce Petition on grd of cruelty// non cohabitation
If both agree for MCD , IT IS BEST.

You are mum on why marriage not consumed?

Try to save marriage, if not possible try to have mutual consent divorce.

Since non consummation of marriage is very hard to prove I would advise to file suit for divorce on the grounds of cruelty only.
Renunciation of physical relation is alps a grave kind of mental cruelty.

What is the procedure for mutual consent divorce.. Well the other fact is my husband doesn't agree to separate.. What can be done... And do I have to prove him as impotent in the court of law if yes what is the way to do so?? Pls guide..

Both of you have to file petition before the court for after agree for the divorce. Court would award degree after 6 months or so.

if husband doe snot agree for mutual divorce then mutual divorce cannot be there. So you have to file case and he has to defend.
