Does military hospital which also caters the needs of ECHS members comes under the definition of industry? Want answer with a proper authority.

secondly the facts are not before the forum.

You must declare what is your problem without which no useful advise can be expected by you.

your present question is like a question paper in examination hall intended to examine the skill of experts.

Ex-Serevicemen Health Scheme (ECHS)is an integral part of Military Hospital, if located within the premises.

Hospital (Whether Military or civil) is different to an "industry", read the provisions of Industrial Disputes Act.
