Notice to endorser or drawee of cheque

Sir the cheque given to me by party by�endorsement in full on its back was dishonoured for payment and to whom I have to send notice of dishonour wheather to the endorser of the instrument or to the drawee of the cheque ?

Sir the cheque was endorsed to me by endorser to clear his liability towards me

You have to send the demand notice to the person who has the liability of the payment. Mention the details of the cheque along with the person who issued the cheque, the reason behind issuing the chequr, the liability etc.

You should send notice of dishonor to drawer and endorser of the cheque.

Sir then in case the payment of cheque amount is not made after notice then who is liable to be prosecuted u/s 138 of N.I Act wheat her the drawer or endorser of the cheque ?
