Dear sir,
Somebody has stolen my bike on 19-march-2016 and lodged complaint in Thilaknagar PS on the same day..but the problem is I bought that bike from my friend on 16-march-2016 and is not transfored to my name yet..and in FIR they mentioned the same..now the insurance company people are said that I can't claim .Please help me how can I claim the insurance..

claim will be paid to the registered owner.

You are not entitled to get the claim from insurance company as neither you are registered owner of the vehicle nor there is any privity of contract between you and insurance company.
