need devorce decree urgently

Unfortunately I took devorce on hundred rupees stamp paper in 2011 which is not valid for general category so i applied through family court before 6 months. Now I need devorce decree urgently. My question is that in which conditions family court can give decree urgently. At present I also need to issue a new Pass Port .Plz help me.

Please let me know on what grounds you are seeking divorce. Is is a consented or mutual consent divorce.

Thanks for reply kapilsir. The case was mutual consent divorce. The court had sent notice too.But no reply at all.My wife is a govt teacher so last notice sent to school but not returned yet. Now my lawyer extended the time and not fixed about time. I'm eagerly want resolution because there was issueless marriage for 3 months only.Now fifth year is going on and i want to start a new life. So now which are the possibilities to get divorce decree urgently.

Only through Mutual Consent Divorce you can get the divorce within lesser period otherwise it takes lot of time.
So its the discretion of the court to award divorce, only your role is to put your (advocate) efforts to get it as fast as you can.

now after giving three continuous notice and still no reply and response from her side.Now can I ask for summons to this matter through family court?

If its MCD, she must have given her address. Undelivered notices must have a citation, else if delivered, no need to send repeated notices.
There is a court process & cooling-off period. FC can not on its own motion waive off the period. Have patience.

At present i want to issue a new passport, for that in one column the pass port department wants to present this decree.
Can i get the divorce decree in this case urgently? Plz reply me im details. Thanks.

There is no short-cut. The time prescribed would have to be consumed before granting a decree.
For passport, you may get the name of your spouse deleted once you get the divorce decree.

Thanks for reply sir but still I'm confused about issuing my passport. My wife had already issued a new passport before marriage, now my point is that i must indicate and attach the divorce decree certificate with the passport form. Plz reply me. Regards. Mehul.

Until you get the divorce decree, you have a wife & need to mention that in your passport. Wait till you get the divorce else, do as advised in my previous reply.

I would like to know that recently I've completed and got conformation in the company but during the time of documents submission like provident funt,medical insurance and mutual fu nd I mentioned the name of my ex wife because still i didn't get divorce decree. Plz help me in this concern.
