The Model Bye Laws etc have been provided to you in other thread initiated by you.
Relate with society bye laws framed in accordance with Model one......
The defaulter IN Co-OP society may imply one that has defaulted on due payments to society................
If society does not provide then he/she may route thru Registrar, court.
You and society seem to have many issues and it shall be proper for the society to retain an able counsel.
Some issues may require considered opinion of a counsel after due examination of record.

Why not? He is a defaulter because of the fraud of the society. Like in CrPC, accused has every right for the investigation report
