Electricity department supplying high voltage

My electricity department PVVNL Meerut is supplying very high voltage and that too with fluctutaions at 260 to 275 volts instead of 230V standard and declared voltage as per electr grid code and elctricity supply code.
I have complained form CM ofcie of UP to chairman to MD to chied engineer. Since last 8 momths this is going on. High voltage is not only dangerous but damaging equipmnt like UPS stabilisers and bulbs etc.

No body is botherd

What is action that can be taken now?
Civil or criminal.

File a writ of mandamus.

You are a consumer and Electricity company is seller of power.

There is a defective service. This is a fit case for filing Consumer case under DEFECTIVE SERVICE.

Vashistha sir writ of mandamus is to be filed where with hoble high court ? that is nearest place is in lucknow.Can session njudge aiisue such writ?

Rajendra Goyal sir, thanks . But consuemr forum is a civil and slow process. Will thgey give immeidate orders to rectify voltage. It is operational defect of energy supply and serious and urgent task .

That is to be filed in Allahabad High Court of judicature Lucknow bench, Lucknow.
