Hi Everybody!
Can you tell me that of sale registry do not have any stamp regarding its booked status under mcd then is it a proof or conclusion that it is not booked for unauthorized construction.. actualy i have recently purchased a property so i am confused

The sale deed remain with owner and not MC.
The buyer usually declares in sale deed that the property is free from any defect.
The buyer should also ask for approved map and obtain proper legal opinion.

What am i asking is that ab jo new sale deed registr hui h registrar k pass uspe koi stamp ni h den it means ki wo mcd me booked nhi h..cz i have read somewhere that if proprty is booked then registrar will register the sale deed bt also put stamp about being its booked.

If the registrar has not put any stamp otherwise, it is no concrete proof.
Purchaser should be beware, confirm from the MCD.

Yes..i have purchased a property..and lawyer thru which papers were made was askng for rs8000 bcz property book h islye regstry ni hori..bt jo proprty regstrd h wo extension area ki h...or baad me jo regstry i got uspe koi stamp ni thi ..islye i am totally cnfused...i hv asked an another lawyer he said ki agr proprty book hoti h toh 35000 arnd paise lagte h..nw i am totally cnfused..

Get all the documents scrutinized by another lawyer to have second opinion.

Approach a very able counsel specializing in revenue/property/civil matters and show all docs that you have and obtain proper legal opinion.
If legal opinion points defects, don't buy.
The fee etc for legal opinion, can be asked from your own counsel by you.

A-1 radhey puri extn-2, A-12 radhey puri extn-2, A-14(part) radhey puri extn-2 , A-14 radhey puri extn. All these properties are booked...can i make a conclusion from it that A-14 radhey puri is not booked??? As it is not in extension area..
