Actually i hire new lawyer and i want to know what should i do if my pervious lawyer dont give back my all papers regarding case.

It is your right to change a lawyer if you are willing to change on any reason subject to fulfillment of your obligations towards the retained lawyer. After fulfillment you can request your file and he has to hand over the same if everything is ok.

If your lawyer has refused to handover you brief of the case then the immediate remedy is to make a complaint to Bar Association.

Dear Client,
You mayn't have paid lawyer's fee in full. So he exercised his right of Lien on your file and kept all your original papers with him and once you clear the dues he will return your file. In case he has charged the entire fee and there are no dues from your end you file a complaint with the State Bar Counci8l as well as Bar association regarding his misconduct.

Clear all his dues if pending.
Ask him in writing / Regd. letter to return your file.
Submit Vakalatnama of new lawyer and inform the court regarding discontinuing your previous lawyer.
Get the file prepared from the record with the court.
Lodge complaint with the Bar Council.

Just tell him you shall file a complaint before bar council of your state. Advocate is not above law.
