My whole family trapped in false sc/st act by my neighbour. Can I get bail in this section? I already got notice crpc 41(1) from investigation officer. In the behalf of this notice, CJM or DJ can give anticipatory bail. Please help me sir. We are badly disturbed from this case.

As per Crpc 41(1) the police can arrest you even without any warrant. That is why I have asked you to follow the advice of She. NJS Rajkumar.
