Filing a defamation case

My name figures in an FIR filed by the Police on 22nd July 2016 u/s 354 of IPC and u/s 10/12 of POCSO. Three months have passed and the Police has already filed the Preliminary Charge sheet. There is nothing mentioned in it about me although it is mentioned clearly in the Preliminary Charge sheet that the ‘ investigation is open.’

Can I file a defamation suit against the complainants now?

u cannot file defamation suit against the complainants till investigation is over.
