Sir, can a confirmation deed be executed by all parties if there is some error in description of property in the main/principal deed ? In other words does confirmation deed correct mistakes in main deed ?

Thanks Sir, In the sale deed- the structure and its area is not mentioned ; but in the subsequent confirmation deed the plot area and structure builtup area is clearly mentioned .. so want to know if it is sufficient or not Sir.

Mr.Raghu, the executants may execute a rectification deed for the sale deed rectifying the mistakes and it costs less amount. But you mentioned that "the structure and its area is not mentioned.,"
Without mentioning the structure and its area, the sale deed cannot be registered. so how it was done

You redraft the sale deed with structure and area otherwise it can't be registered.

If not get the rectification deed executed and registered.
